Does your child get the sleep they need?

Children aged between six and thirteen need 9 to 11 hours of sleep a night.

Insufficient sleep can negatively impact your child’s learning and their physical, mental and emotional development.

Need a little help drifting off?

If your child struggles to get a restful night’s sleep, there are some handy ‘sleep tools’ that can help your child to get into a healthy routine. Our two favourites are relaxing lavender oil and wake-up lights which help to regulate your child’s natural circadian rhythm thus promoting a good night’s sleep.

To find out more about the importance of sleep, check out our blog.

I am very pleased to say that my daughter passed the 11+. Many thanks to you and the team for all your support and encouragement. She learnt so much from doing the course – in addition to preparing her for the exam, it greatly helped her confidence and self esteem.
