Does your child get the sleep they need?

Children aged between six and thirteen need 9 to 11 hours of sleep a night.

Insufficient sleep can negatively impact your child’s learning and their physical, mental and emotional development.

Need a little help drifting off?

If your child struggles to get a restful night’s sleep, there are some handy ‘sleep tools’ that can help your child to get into a healthy routine. Our two favourites are relaxing lavender oil and wake-up lights which help to regulate your child’s natural circadian rhythm thus promoting a good night’s sleep.

To find out more about the importance of sleep, check out our blog.

I’m really pleased to be able to tell you that (our son) passed his 11+. He has said the tuition helped, and especially that Gill’s (sic) explanations helped with his maths in the classroom and not just for the test.
