Does your child get the sleep they need?

Children aged between six and thirteen need 9 to 11 hours of sleep a night.

Insufficient sleep can negatively impact your child’s learning and their physical, mental and emotional development.

Need a little help drifting off?  

If your child struggles to get a restful night’s sleep, there are some handy ‘sleep tools’ that can help your child to get into a healthy routine. Our two favourites are relaxing lavender oil and wake-up lights which help to regulate your child’s natural circadian rhythm thus promoting a good night’s sleep.
